complementary therapies during that time and recognised the benefits that could
be achieved alongside traditional medicine.

I hold internationally recognized qualifications in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, The Bowen Technique and Daoyin Tao®.
I am friendly and approachable but pride myself on a professional and personal service.
I have a particular interest in female problems such as PMT, infertility, the menopause but also stress and it's effects on the body as a whole. I have found the Bowen Technique very useful for musculo-skeletal problems both acute & chronic as well as a variety of sports injuries.
I have maintained regular post graduate training in all my fields including advanced Bowen and maternity reflexology.
I am registered with Embody, the Bowen Therapists European Register and the Daoyin Tao ® Association.
